Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We do ship our products worldwide.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Each products you buy is created especially for you and this products will be printed or embroidered only after you placed your order. Therefore the product does not exist, but it is created. Once an order is placed the production time can take up to 7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled it will be immediately dispatched.
Delivery period for European customers - at least 10 days depending on choice of postage.
Delivery period for customers from the rest of the world - at least 14 days depending on choice of postage.

I think my order got lost - What to do?

Please first consult your expected order delay:

UK  10-20 business days

Europe  10-20 business days

Canada  10-20 business days

Australia 10-20 business days

International  10-20 business days

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery delay, please contact us at info@cococbparisapparel.com the soonest possible in order for us to help you out the best we can. All orders that have not been received must be reported to us within 30 days after the shipping date. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace missing orders if not reported within the given period of time.

I missed the delivery day and the parcel is being returned to you - What to do?
If you missed the delivery day and did not pick up the parcel within the designated delivery pickup time or input an incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to us and we will notify you when the parcel gets back to us. Unfortunately we are not able to cover the re-shipping fees, we will therefore send you an invoice in order for you to pay the shipping fees to be sure that your parcel will be sent again.

Will there be any taxes/duties to be paid if I place an order?
You will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes. These vary per country but are usually very rare with our orders.  All custom fees are the receiver of the orders responsibility. Please be aware that CocoCB Paris Apparel does not have any control over any duties, taxes or customs levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These are randomly selected and we cannot predict these nor can we predict the cost. 

Are returns or exchanges accepted ?
Unfortunately as each order is printed or embroidered individually (only for you) we do not accept returns or exchanges. As stated before, all products are created right after a new order is placed. This means we do not have a warehouse with stocked items to be able to exchange sizes or accept returns. Please make sure whenever ordering to select the right Size (all size charts and guides are available whenever you click on a product on our website).

Exception can be made : if you received a damaged, misprinted, defective or incorrect product. If this is the case please contact info@cococbparisapparel.com please furnish a picture proof of the parcel and product as well as your order number and we will sort it out the soonest possible.

Is it possible to cancel an order ?
Yes! But only if the order has not been fulfilled. Do not forget we start producing the product the soonest possible customers need to cancel their order within 12 hours period of time. If this period of time is overpassed it will not be possible anymore to cancel the order.
